The Products ordered are delivered:

• Within mainland France and Corsica to the address specified by the Customer as the delivery address. The delivery costs for the Products amounting to eight euros (€8) including VAT will be borne by the Customer, unless the total order amount reaches fifty Euros (€50) including VAT (unless otherwise specified, such as for Julie Jaler and Dbj Home references). In this case, delivery will be free of charge.
• Within the European Union, to the address specified by the Customer as the delivery address. The delivery costs for the Products, amounting to thirty euros (€30) including VAT, shall be borne by the Customer regardless of the order amount. For Julie Jaler and Dbj Home references, additional costs shall be applied regardless of the order amount.
• In Europe, outside the European Union, to the address specified by the Customer as the delivery address. Delivery costs for Products, amounting to fifty euros (€50) per order, will be borne by the Customer regardless of the order amount, excluding customs fees. For Julie Jaler and Dbj Home items, additional costs will be applied regardless of the order amount.
• In all other countries, to the address specified by the Customer as the delivery address. Delivery costs for Products amounting to seventy-five euros (€75) per order shall be borne by the Customer regardless of the order amount.

Products are delivered while stocks last. LVQR Diffusion will process, ship, and deliver the order within a maximum of forty-five (45) days from the day following the date on which the Customer placed the order (unless otherwise specified, such as for Julie Jaler and Dbj Home references).

If delivery does not occur within the indicated period, the Customer will be informed. The Customer may then request a refund of the amount paid from LVQR Diffusion. Otherwise, the Products will be delivered as soon as they become available.

It is the responsibility of the Customer receiving the Products to check that the transport contract has been correctly executed. If this is not the case, and especially in the event of anomalies noted at the time of receipt (damaged package, open package, etc.), it is the Customer's responsibility to take all necessary measures to enable LVQR Diffusion to seek recourse from the carrier. In particular, the Customer undertakes to make specific and reasoned reservations on the transport document provided by the carrier. In the event that the carrier disputes the reservations, the Customer must notify the carrier of its reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days of receipt of the Products, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code. In all cases, the Customer undertakes to provide LVQR Diffusion, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with details of any anomalies and/or damage observed, together with visual evidence of the anomalies and/or damage observed and a copy of the shipping document duly signed, including by the carrier, and annotated where applicable. Failing this, the Customer shall bear, without recourse against LVQR Diffusion and/or its insurer, any loss related to the anomalies and/or damage observed, the delivery being irrefutably considered to be in accordance with the order.
